Your DM Wingman Companion

This is an AI companion that runs your daily 15-minute DM Power Hour with you. It tells you who to message today, drafts what to send in your own voice, and coaches you through replies, so your outreach takes fifteen minutes instead of an hour of second-guessing.

What it actually does

You open it once a day. It walks you through your warm list, one person at a time. It writes each message so it sounds like you, not like a template. You read it, tweak it if you want, and send it yourself from your own phone. It never sends anything on your behalf.

It runs on Marc's DM Sales Mastery framework, the same Connect, Qualify, Invite approach in the cheatsheet, so what it drafts will feel familiar if you have already read that page.

How to set it up

Download the file below. It is a plain text file, nothing to install.
Paste its entire contents into ChatGPT or Claude. Open a new chat and paste the whole thing in as your first message.
Type "start my power hour" and send. Your Wingman takes it from there.

The first time you run it, it spends a few extra minutes learning your business and your voice, so give it a little patience on day one. After that, save the chat and come back to it every day. If you ever lose the chat, just paste the file into a fresh one and say "start my power hour" again.
